How SciFanAni reviews...
When writing reviews there are a lot of things that people look at. And believe me, writing reviews aren't easy. Saying "I liked that one!" and "It sucked!" are pretty easy to write but they aren't good reviews. Good reviews take time and intelligence. Below I have written how I review books, series, movies.
Books
Story: First of all is there a story? Does it make sense? Is the story interesting? And finally, does it keep your attention?
Length: Is it a good size for the story or is it too short (or long?)?
Story Direction: Does it build up to a good climax and end with a maginificent resolution?
Series
Storyline: First of all is there a story? Does it make sense? Is the story interesting? And finally, does it keep your attention?
Direction: Is there an easy flow to the story? Or there any unique ideas?
Acting: Are the actors into their roles? Do they fit their roles?
Animation (if any): Is the animation drawn smoothly? Is there enough detail and color to give the right environment?
Music: Does the music fit with the scene? Is it rich and complex? How good is the music?
Translation: Is it accurate?
Length: Is it too long, too short, or just right?
Movies
